Studio B
Studio B is our dedicated space for live music recording — built for bands, songwriters, and artists who work with real instruments. The room centres on a full Tama Superstar drum kit, an antique Petrof Bruxelles 1958 upright piano, acoustic and electric guitars, and a weighted 88-key MIDI keyboard.
With a separate live room for drums and an iso booth for vocals, Studio B allows simultaneous multi-room recording — capturing the energy of a live performance with full control over each element. It is a focused, well-equipped environment built for expressive, detailed sessions.

Analogue Synthesiser
The River — Baloran
One of only 95 ever made. The River by Baloran is an 8-voice polyphonic analogue synthesiser with a genuinely rare character — rich, warm, and alive. Very few studios in the world have one.

Neumann TLM102 · Sony C-80
The Neumann TLM102 is a smooth, naturally balanced condenser with a subtle presence boost that brings clarity to vocals without harshness. The Sony C-80 is bright and articulate — its extended high-frequency detail makes it well-suited for the upright piano, and a strong option for vocals when needed. Nine Shure SM57s cover the full drum kit.

Important Information
Studio Booking Guidelines
1. Advance Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking form or WhatsApp. Please make an appointment before coming over — our team will respond promptly to confirm availability.
Please note: Bookings are NOT confirmed until full payment is received. Full payment is due at least 24 hours before your session. Unpaid slots will be released. Payment details will be provided once availability is confirmed.
2. Punctuality
Please arrive on time; bookings are valid only for the allocated slot. Over-run sessions will incur additional charges.
3. Session Preparation
To avoid setup delays, kindly provide a detailed list of your planned activities in the studio, so that we can adequately prepare the session accordingly. For sessions with Chukku-directed oversight, please send necessary files prior to the session to ensure an efficient set-up and a smooth workflow.
4. Studio Etiquette
Aya Studios is a DRUG-FREE studio. No drugs are allowed on the premises. No smoking, eating, or drinking inside any Studio or DJ Room. Closed water bottles are permitted but must be kept away from equipment. Please use designated areas for smoking and dining. Always consult our team before moving any equipment or furniture.
5. Equipment Use and Responsibility
Please do not unplug cables, change routing, reconfigure set-ups, or move equipment or furniture without assistance from our team. If any adjustments are required, kindly inform us and we will assist you. If you encounter any technical issues, please inform our team immediately.
You are fully responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment during your session. Each booking includes only the equipment listed on our website. If you require additional instruments, microphones, or special setup, please inform us in advance. Additional charges may apply.
Recording / Production Studios: You may choose to use our studio computer or bring your own. If using our studio computer, all files must be backed up and removed by the end of your session. We do not provide file storage, and all files are deleted immediately after sessions. For Studio A, B and Master Suite: If you plan to use your own computer, please download and install the UAD software (Software Installer and Console app) before your session. Set-up during session time will reduce your usable studio time.
If you book a room without session direction, please ensure the room is left tidy and returned to its original setup.
6. Cancellations and Rebooking
If you are unable to attend your session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions may be rescheduled within three months, subject to availability. All payments are non-refundable.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of a power outage or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the remaining session time may be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued.
These guidelines ensure a smooth and productive studio experience for everyone.
